Requirement :
. Psychologist (certified) or Bachelor of Psychology (S.Psi), with minimum GPA 2.60 (scale 4)
. Preferable have experiences in recruitment field min. 2 years.
. Mature & good in interpersonal skill
. Strong analytical ability.
. Able to meet deadlines.
. Good communication skills, written & verbal as well as presentation skill.
. Able to work individual and team.
. Familiar with psychological tools.
. Accustomed with comprehensive psychological interpretation (making report or sychogram)
. Able to conduct coaching and counseling process
